Afesan Community in Morocco is an independent community, existing, and among the six communities in the kingdom of  Morocco under the canopy of the Nigerian Association in Morocco.

Every existing Nigerian community in Morocco is directly under the umbrella of the Nigerian Association in Morocco – N.A.M..
There are currently six communities in Morocco namely:

1. Afesan Community
2. Anioma Community
3. Edo Community
4. Igbo Community
5. U.P.U Community  ( Urobo and Co.)
6. Yoruba Community

Any Nigerian in Morocco falls under one of the above listed communities and is required to register his or her presence in Morocco with his or her community for the purpose of identification, recognition and security.
